During our initial meeting, we identified a number of challenges that required careful attention. Our first priority was to enhance the overall experience by creating new sections with CMS capacity, enabling easy content management and updates. Subsequently, we embarked on the successful launch of the exquisite jewellery products. As we gained a deeper understanding of the customer base, it became evident that a full rebranding was necessary to optimise conversion rates, increase average order value, and enhance customer retention. This comprehensive rebranding effort allowed us to align the brand identity with the desires and expectations of the customers.
