We met Victoire (co-founder of Chichi Castelnango) In 2017 soon after the launch of her brand. Our first work was to optimise the existing lingerie website for the conversion and prepare it for the launch of the first jewellery collection.
We also have taken care of a full rebranding process on several occasions which boosted conversion rates and elevated the brand’s image on its market.
Over the last 6 years, we have taken complete responsibility for enhancing the digital experience and the branding. We have dedicated our efforts to improving the website, implementing several updates, launch of new collections and refinements and maintenance to ensure seamless functionality and user engagement.
Branding
In 2020, as we gained a deeper understanding of the customer base, it became evident that a full rebranding was necessary to optimise conversion rates, increase average order value, and enhance customer retention. This comprehensive rebranding effort allowed us to align the brand identity with the desires and expectations of the customers.
WEB Design and Development
During our initial meeting, we identified a number of challenges that required careful attention. Our first priority was to enhance the overall experience by creating new sections with CMS capacity, enabling easy content management and updates. Subsequently, we embarked on the successful launch of the exquisite jewellery products.
For 6 years, we then designed and developped all the new versions of the online platform.
